Yes. The Turbo Tail 2.0 works on all floors including carpet. Of course thicker carpets will slow it down a bit.

No. As long as it doesn't involve a tiger or lion,it can't happen. The Turbo Tail is very sturdybuilt and has no visible screws. The tab thatcloses the UsB port is fully embedded in thetoy, so your cat can't bite it off.
